Note: Pursuant to clause 15.1.7 of the SEA Cluster Agreement, an ‘Abstain’ vote shall not be counted in ascertaining the total number of votes for the purpose of deciding a majority has been attained. As such, you are encouraged to consult with the sponsoring partner, business or geography leaders if you have any questions about a particular candidate when casting your vote.
